As well as sending and receiving faxes, you can also print, scan and duplicate documents easily and quickly. In addition to the above features, the MFC-9550 can also be used as a scanner, an answering machine with electronic voice messaging and a PC fax that enables you to send faxes straight from your PC. Both the MFC-9050 and the MFC-9550 can store faxes in their built-in memory, which enables you to access faxes that you have received while you are out of your office (a feature known as remote retrieval), or to have incoming faxes automatically forwarded to another fax machine for your convenience.
