Troubleshooting The printer beeps and the ERROR lamp lights (blinks). When an error occurs, the printer beeps a number of times and the ERROR lamp either lights or blinks. The number of beeps indicates the cause of the problem. No. of beeps Cause Solution ERROR lamp 2 Out of paper, paper ¬ Reload the paper correctly. jam, or paper feed If the paper is jammed, clear the paper jam. (page 30) error Once you have resolved the error, press the RESUME button to continue printing. 3 BC-60 Black BJ ¬ Install a new BC-60 Black BJ Cartridge.
