s The printout is faint or the colors are wrong. Cause Solution The ink has run out or the print head nozzles are blocked. ¬ Print a Nozzle Check Pattern and check the status of the print heads. (page 16) The orange protective cap or white protective tape was reattached to the print head. ¬ Remove the protective tape or cap, reinstall the BJ Cartridge in the printer and then clean the print head. Cause
The ink has run out or the print
head nozzles are blocked.
The orange protective cap or white

Solution
Print a Nozzle Check Pattern and check the status of the print

Remove the protective tape or cap, reinstall the BJ Cartridge in the
printer and then clean the print head.
