Troubleshooting 3.1 When an Error Code is Displayed [Remedy] • Check for any abnormalities in the mounting of probable faulty parts or connector connections referring to the table below. • Try replacing probable faulty parts referring to the table below. [NOTE] • The error code is displayed on the Display Panel (B/W LCD PANEL). • Adjustments must be performed after the part has been replaced. For details, see "CH.3 3. The focus lens was not driven. Auto Flash Control did not end within the specified time. JPEG processing did not end within the specified time. When an error of unknown cause occurs. Communications between the CPU and peripheral ICs did not end within the specified time during or after photography in the EVF mode. Feeding out of the lens barrel did not end within the specified time after the power was turned ON. Detection of the zoom PI (photo-interrupter) failed. The zoom position error was detected.
