Printing without Saving Jobs in Common Job Box Jobs sent from a computer for which you have selected Print in Output Method in the printer driver are saved in common job box. Using Printer Hard Disk When Common job box settings is set to Print (auto delete) in the operation panel menu, print jobs for which you have selected Print in Output Method in the printer driver are deleted from common job box after printing.
