Section 3 - Configuration Email Alerts Click the Email Alerts icon in the System Management window or the Email Alerts link in the left window to configure the Email alert settings. Email Alert: Click the radio buttons to enable or disable the e-mail alert function. Login Method: Use the drop-down menu to select the login method. If the SMTP server requires authentication, select Login. If not, select Anonymous. User Name: If Login is selected in Login Method, enter the user name of the e-mail account. Password: If Login is selected in Login Method, enter the password of the e-mail account. Encryption: Select SSL/TLS if the SMTP server requires authentication. SMTP Server: Enter the IP address of the SMTP server. Port Number: Enter the port number of the SMTP server. Sender E-mail: Enter the sender's e-mail address. Receiver E-mail: Enter the e-mail address that the e-mail alert sends to. Test E-mail: Click the Test E-Mail button to send a test e-mail.
