To view the correct instructions, answer the following question: Does this icon appear on your computer's desktop? q Yes (use printer assistant) q No (use printer properties) accessing auto-off from the printer assistant 1. Click configure printer. 2. Click the Configure button. The HP Deskjet Toolbox screen appears. 3. Select the Configuration tab. 4. Select Activate the Hardware Auto-off feature to turn on the feature. -or- De-select Activate the Hardware Auto-off feature to turn off the feature. 5. enabling Auto-Off
Enable the Auto-Off feature to place the printer in a low-power, energy-efficient mode
after it has been idle for 30 minutes.
Instructions for enabling the Auto-Off feature vary depending on how the printer was
installed on your computer.
To view the correct instructions, answer the following question:

The HP Deskjet Toolbox screen appears.
