3 Remove all paper from the IN drawer and insert up to 20 label sheets. Paper Pointers LABEL IT When you're thinking about labels, why stop at envelopes or file folders? You can organize your media library by printing labels for videotapes, audio cassettes, and computer diskettes. SAVE ON LABELS To save on label sheets, print a test on ordinary paper first. Then hold the paper up to the light on top of the labels to check the spacing and to see how the text aligns on the label. Make adjustments as needed. Label side down 4 Slide the green paper adjusters in to fit snugly against the stack. 5 Push the IN drawer back in and flip the OUT tray down. 6 Print the labels. AFTER PRINTING s You can leave the settings as they are if you're going to be printing on plain paper. s Remove the label sheets from the IN drawer and replace them with plain paper or whatever you'll be using next. Slide the green paper adjusters in to fit snugly against the stack.

Push the IN drawer back in and flip the OUT tray down.

Print the labels.
