Removal and Replacement Procedures Performing an Emergency Shutdown Two methods are available for performing an emergency shutdown on a server blade: • Using the Integrated Administrator • Pressing and holding the server blade power button Using the Integrated Administrator You can perform an emergency shutdown of a ProLiant BL e-Class server blade by using the "Power Off" option in the Integrated Administrator. To power down a server blade using the Integrated Administrator, refer to the HP ProLiant BL e-Class Integrated Administrator User Guide for detailed instructions.
