This reference number is assigned when a filter is created. In the SNMP Index, start with one instead of 0, add one to actual reference key. swBlmPerfFltCnt 1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.23.3.1.3 Get statistics of filter-based monitor.
