3 LABEL LOCATIONS 3 Label Locations 3.1 All Wheelchairs Serial Number Label CAUTION To avoid injury or property damage when moving an unoccupied wheelchair down an incline, perform the following: • Engage motor lock levers. • Turn power on and adjust speed to minimal setting. • Drive wheelchair forward down incline. Serial Number Label Invacare® TDX® SC, Invacare TDX Spree 1154313 Rev A 1150709 located under the top shroud The POSITIVE ( + ) RED Battery Cable MUST connect to the POSITIVE (+) Battery Terminal(s)/ Post(s). The NEGATIVE (-) BLACK Battery Cable MUST connect to the NEGATIVE (-) Battery Terminal(s)/Post(s). DO NOT allow Battery Cable(s) to contact the opposite Battery Terminal(s)/Post(s). Install protective caps on POSITIVE (+) and NEGATIVE (-) battery terminals. Replace cable(s) IMMEDIATELY if cable(s) insulation becomes damaged. Failure to observe these warnings may result in an electrical short with serious personal injury and/or damage to the electrical system. See Owner's Manual.
