Setting Using Internet Explorer Setting (continued) Network Details Page This page is for performing detailed network setting. The upper six bits out of the eight bits that make up the TOS value belong to DSCP. This upper six bits can be set. The lower two bits are "0". For example, upon setting to "250", the lower two bits are converted to "0", and the value becomes "248". TOS values are used in networks that support QoS.
