After this instruction the print module opens, and the manual replacement can be performed. Wiper Grasp the MFR near one end and firmly pull up to remove it from its spring-loaded holder; Repeat the process at the opposite end of the MFR if necessary. Inspect the region of the MFR holders on each end of the carousel for residual ink. If any ink is present, clean it using an absorbent cloth before installing a new MFR. 4.9.2. Remove the Wiper
To do this, go to:
CONTROLS /
REMOVE SERVICE STATION WIPER.
Menu: Controls / Remove Service Station Wiper
Go to: CONTROLS / OPEN PRINTHEAD.
After this instruction the print module opens, and the manual replacement can be performed.
Wiper
Grasp the MFR near one end and firmly pull up to remove it from its spring-loaded holder;
Repeat the process at the opposite end of the MFR if necessary.
