This machine provides a capability that saves a PDF file, XPS file, OpenXML file, or PPML file. 1 Tap a link to a file to be saved. 2 Tap [Save]. 3 Select a User Box to save a file in, then tap [OK]. 4 Tap [Start] or press the Start key. If a displayed page is linked to a file, the file can be saved in a User Box of this machine.
