ROAST When roasting poultry, the best place to insert the probe is in the thickest part of the bird between the thigh and body. ^ Insert the short end of the roast probe into the socket on the right side of the oven so it clicks into place. ^ Select a roasting function. For example, "AUTO ROAST". The default temperature and the probe (core) temperature, once inserted, will show in the oven display. To adjust the core temperature: ^ Touch the control to the left of "Roast probe". ^ Enter the new core temperature using the keypad.
