DEFROST Default temperature . . . . . 75 °F (25 °C) This function allows you to defrost food at a constant temperature. Defrosting times depend on the type and weight of the food, and at what temperature it was deep-frozen. Defrosting tips - Remove the frozen food from the packaging and place it in the roasting pan or into an appropriate dish. - Meat and poultry should be fully thawed before cooking. Do not use the liquids from defrosting. - Fish does not need to be fully defrosted before cooking. Defrost so that the surface is soft enough to absorb herbs and seasoning. - Cook all food immediately after defrosting. DEFROST 55
