E Transfer Marking 85 Transfer marking When the camera is connected to a computer via the supplied USB cable and E (d) is pressed to transfer pictures, only pictures All on All off Select image(s) marked with the E icon are transferred (c 61). At the default setting, all pictures are MENU Exit marked for transfer. All on Mark all images for transfer. All off Remove transfer marking from all images. Select image(s) Mark selected pictures for transfer. See "Selecting Multiple Pictures" (c 82) for more information on using this function. Pictures selected for transfer are recognized by the E icon (c 7) in full-frame playback, and by the P icon (c 40) in thumbnail playback. Shooting, Playback, and Setup Menus k Marking for Transfer • No more than 999 pictures can be marked for transfer. If more than 999 pictures are marked, use PictureProject to transfer the pictures. See the PictureProject Reference Manual (on CD) for details. • The camera does not recognize transfer settings applied with another make or model of digital camera. Select pictures for transfer using the same model that initially took the pictures.
