3 Features C Call Hold - Outside (CO) Line Description Allows an extension user to put an outside call on hold. The held call can be retrieved by the user who held it or by any other extension. Conditions • With a single line telephone, the user can hold only one call, either an extension or outside call. • Music is sent to the party on hold, if available (Music on Hold). • If a call on hold is not retrieved within a speciﬁc period of time, Hold Alarm/Hold Recall occurs. • If an external party is placed on hold and not retrieved within 30 minutes, it will be automatically disconnected.
