DV910(H9100).QX33 01.8.9 10:26 AM Page 44 44 Special Effects Playback VCR q Before you begin, press the OUTPUT SELECT button so that the green VCR OUTPUT light appears on the front of the DVD/VCR. Press the VCR/TV button so that the VCR/TV light appears on the front of the DVD/VCR. Forward and Reverse Searching (SP/LP/SLP) 1 During tape playback, press and release the Fast Forward g button or the Rewind h button. A fast forward or reverse picture search will begin. 2 To return to playback, press the Play B button. Super High Speed Searching (LP/SLP) 1 During tape playback, press the Fast Forward g button or the Rewind h button, then press again. The DVD/VCR will now search in super high speed. Repeatedly pressing the Fast Forward g or Rewind h button will switch between regular and high speed searching. 2 To return to normal playback, press the Play B button. Viewing a Still Picture 1 During tape playback, press the Pause k button. A still picture will appear on the screen. 2 To release the still picture and return to playback, press the Play B button or press the Pause k button again. Viewing a Slow Motion Picture 1 During tape playback, press the SLOW button. The tape will play in slow motion. 2 To release Slow mode and return to normal playback, press the Play B button or press the SLOW button again.
