SMT-W6100 User Guide Inserting/Removing the SIM Card When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are provided with a SIM(Subscriber Identification Module) card loaded with your subscription details, such as your PIN, any optional services available and so on. SMT-W6100 supports the copying from phonebook entries to the SIM card and vice versa. Also SMT-W6100 supports transferring the SMS from the SIM card to the phone's memory. Please remember that SMT-W6100 only supports the copying contents of the SIM card, not the general SIM card functionality. - Keep all miniature SIM cards out of the reach of small children. - The SIM card and its data can be easily damaged by scratches or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting or removing the card. - When installing the SIM card, always make sure that the phone is switched off before you remove the battery. 27

Inserting/Removing the SIM Card
When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are provided with a SIM(Subscriber Identification

SMT-W6100 supports the copying from phonebook entries to the SIM card and vice versa.
Also SMT-W6100 supports transferring the SMS from the SIM card to the phone’s memory.
Please remember that SMT-W6100 only supports the copying contents of the SIM card, not the
general SIM card functionality.
- Keep all miniature SIM cards out of the reach of small children.
