5. Gently compress the sides of the Pivot Cap to release it from the Inner Pivot Shroud. 6. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws (indicated by ovals) from the Inner Pivot Shroud. 7. Tie a 60 cm (24 inch) long piece of wire or string to the end of the Cable. This wire or string will be used to pull the new cable through and out of the Lower Handlebar.
