6. Connect the cable from the new Upper Handlebar to the cable from the Lower Handlebar. Align the clips on the cable connectors and make sure the connectors lock. Then safely insert the Upper Handlebar being careful to avoid fingers or hands being caught or pinched. NOTICE: D o not cut or pinch the cables. This step may require two people. 7.
