To receive a sound or melody via Infrared 1. From standby, press , scroll to Activate IR, YES. 2. When you receive the sound or melody, press YES to save it in My sounds. Increasing ring You can choose a ring signal that rises in steps from the lowest volume to the highest, or you can choose a ring signal with constant volume. Sounds & alerts You can choose to be notified of an incoming call by the buzzing of the vibrating alert. You can set the phone's vibrating alert to On, On if silent or Off. Menu language Most SIM cards automatically set the menu language to the language of the country where you bought your SIM card. If this is not the case, the preset language is English. Note: You can always choose Automatic by pressing 8888 in standby. You can always choose English by pressing 0000 in standby. To change the menu language 1.
