My CLIÉ handheld is not responding B The CLIÉ handheld is placed near the IR port of your computer. Move your CLIÉ handheld away from the IR port of your computer except when performing an IR HotSync® operation, as a malfunction may occur. You can also disable the IR feature by setting Beam Receive to Off from General in the Preferences screen.
