ENJOYING SURROUND SOUND Enjoying TV in surround sound You can enjoy analog audio signals output from your TV in real surround sound. y Before performing the steps below, set the volume of this unit to 30. If necessary, adjust the volume level in step 4 below. VOLUME 6 Press SURROUND repeatedly (or press SURROUND and then press / ) on the remote control to select a surround mode. Signals input from 2-channel sources are played back on multiple channels. For more information on surround modes, see page 42. SURROUND 6 or SURROUND 6 ENTER 1 Select the TV channel you want to watch. To select a TV channel, use the remote control supplied with your TV. 2 Set the operation mode selector to YSP to switch to the operation mode of this unit. TV/AV YSP 3 Press TV on the remote control. This unit outputs audio signals from your TV. TV 4 If you hear sound from your TV speakers, reduce the volume level of your TV until you can no longer hear any audio being output.
