LTE speed is affected by strength of signal, network congestion, LTE band(s) or frequency(-ies) to which your Zyxel Device is connected, and so forth. 1.2 Application for the Zyxel Device Wireless WAN The Zyxel Device can connect to the Internet through a 2G/3G/4G LTE SIM card to access a wireless WAN connection. Just insert a SIM card into the SIM card slot at the bottom of the Zyxel Device. Note: You must insert the SIM card into the card slot before turning on the Zyxel Device. You can install two external antennas to improve your wireless WAN signal strength. See Table 1 on page 13 for the feature differences. Internet Access Your Zyxel Device provides shared Internet access by connecting to an LTE network. A computer can connect to the Zyxel Device's PoE injector or a LAN port for configuration via the Web Configurator.
