Customer Assistance for the Hearing or Speech Impaired (TDD) To assist customers whohave hearing difficulties, Chevrolet has installed special TDD (Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf) equipmentat its Customer Assistance Center. Any hearing or speech impaired customer who can has access to a TDD ora conventional teletypewriter (TTY) communicate with Chevrolet by dialing: 1-800-TDD-CHEV (1-800-833-2438).
