124 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE This outlet will accept a cigar lighter unit, which is part of the optional Smokers Package. To preserve the heating element of the cigar lighter unit, do not hold the lighter in the heating position. As a child safety precaution, this power outlet is powered by the ignition switch, only when the switch is in the ON or ACC position. NOTE: • To ensure proper operation a MOPAR௡ knob and element must be used. • Do not exceed the maximum power of 160 Watts (13 Amps) at 12 Volts.
