Air Cleaner I! ~~ ~~ Operr ng the engine with the air cleaner off can cause you or others to be burned. Theair cleaner not only cleansthe air, it stops flame if the engine backfires.If it isn't there, and the engine backfires, you could beburned. Don't drive with it off, and be careful working on the engine withthe air cleaner off. NOTICE: The air cleaner is located at the front of the engine compartment (on the driver's side of the vehicle), to the left of the windshield washer fluid reservoir. If the air cleaner is off, a backfire can cause a damaging engine fire.
