5.5.1 5.5.2 Speed Dialing Numbers To speed dial a number, do the following: 1) Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone. 2) Dial the speed dialing number. OUTGOING CALLS Speed Dialing Contacts To speed dial a contact, do the following: 1. Press and hold the key (2-9) that holds the first character in the name of the contact you want to call. The available names for that key are shown in the display. If, for example, you press and hold down the numeric key 2 for 2 seconds, the phone book entries starting with the letter A are displayed. 2. Find the contact you want to call. 3. Press Call and lift the handset. 5.6 Dial by Contacts To dial a contact, do the following: 1) Press to open your contacts. 2) Find the contact you want to call, or press and hold the key (2-9) that holds the first character in the name of the contact you want to call. The available names for that key are shown in the display. If, for example, you press and hold the numeric key 2 for 2 seconds, the phone book entries starting with letter A are displayed. 3) Select the contact you want to call, lift the handset, and press Call. 5.7 Number Presentation Restriction If you do not want your name and number to be displayed to the person you are calling, you can order number presentation restriction. When you have ordered number presentation restriction, instead of your name and number, the text "Anonymous" will appear in the display of the phone you are calling. Number Presentation Restriction
If you do not want your name and number to be displayed to the person
you are calling, you can order number presentation restriction.
When you have ordered number presentation restriction, instead of your
name and number, the text “Anonymous” will appear in the display of the
