Call Forwarding Services CALL_FWD Press the dynamic function key shown on the left. The following screen is displayed when you are granted access to variable call forward programming. To activate a call forward on no-answer condition. To activate a call forward on busy condition. To activate a call forward on no-answer condition and busy condition (after having pressed the Next or >> button). To activate a Do not disturb call forward (after having pressed the Next or >> button). In the first four cases, your extension displays the type of call forward requested, and prompts you to enter the number for the internal or external call forward recipient. In the latter case, simply exit your extension's programming mode (see details to follow). Call forward no-reply Number : _ BLANK CURSOR+ CONFIRM RETURN Enter the internal or external number to receive your call forwards. As previously indicated, the recipient's number may contain up to 18 digits, including the network access prefix. An external number may be one that is accessible through abbreviated dialling. The following screen is displayed when you are granted access to
variable call forward programming.
Press the dynamic function key that corresponds to the desired
type of call forward, most particularly:
IMMEDIATE
To activate an immediate call forward.
NO_REPLY
To activate a call forward on no-answer condition.
BUSY
To activate a call forward on busy condition.
NREP+BUSY
To activate a call forward on no-answer condition and busy
condition (after having pressed the Next or >> button).
NODISTURB
To activate a Do not disturb call forward (after having pressed the
Next or >> button).
