Using Status and Drive Light Behavior to Monitor Components These LEDs operate as described in the following table: LED 1 2 3 Condition N/A Solid green Solid amber Off Solid green Green random flash Off Indication Not used. Drive present and OK. Drive failed. Drive not present Drive present and idle. I/O activity on disk drive. Drive not present. APC Unit LEDs Each APC unit has two LEDs that indicate status. Fault Power These LEDs operate as described in the following table: LED Power Fault Condition Off Green (solid) Off Yellow (flash) Yellow (solid) Indication Enclosure not powered on. APC unit functioning normally. APC unit functioning normally. APC unit failure predicted. APC unit failed.
