USING ROBOHELP HTML 10 215 Linking, navigation, and search Exclude specified baggage file types from search (WebHelp, FlashHelp, and AIR Help) The Exclude Baggage File Types From Search option lets you exclude baggage files of specified types from search. For example, you can exclude all Excel files in your projects from search. Note: In merged projects, configure this search setting for each project. Exclude unreferenced baggage files from search The Exclude Unreferenced Baggage Files From Search option ensures that search results display baggage files only if they are referenced from topics through hyperlinks and the index and TOC selected in layout properties. If the Exclude Unreferenced Topics From Output option is selected, RoboHelp considers only referenced topics; otherwise, it considers all topics in the project. By default, this search option is enabled in both upgraded and new RoboHelp projects. Note: In merged projects, child projects inherit the setting of the parent project. Show topic context in search results By default, the search results list shows the first 60 characters of each topic to give context. You can disable the display of context by using the SSL dialog box. Note: Only WebHelp/Pro and FlashHelp/Pro support context in Help results. In Flash Help/Pro, the context appears as a tool tip. Exclude specified baggage file types from search

(WebHelp, FlashHelp, and AIR Help) The Exclude Baggage File

Types From Search option lets you exclude baggage files of specified types from search. For example, you can exclude

all Excel files in your projects from search.

Note:

In merged projects, configure this search setting for each project.
