USING ROBOHELP HTML 10 48 Projects Importing and linking Microsoft Word documents In RoboHelp, you can import or link Microsoft Word documents (files with .docx, .docm, .doc, or .rtf extensions after the filename). You can create new projects by importing or linking Word documents. Or, you can use the Word documents as source files for an existing RoboHelp project. You can use this workflow to integrate content created by different authors in Word. The settings for importing and linking Word documents are applied at the project level. For this reason, you have consistent settings for all documents that you import or link to RoboHelp projects. You can also export the conversion settings that you define and reuse them across multiple projects. Defining a set of standard settings for conversion ensures consistency across projects. Importing and linking Microsoft Word documents
In RoboHelp, you can import or link Microsoft Word documents (files with .docx, .docm, .doc, or .rtf extensions after
the filename). You can create new projects by importing or linking Word documents. Or, you can use the Word
documents as source files for an existing RoboHelp project. You can use this workflow to integrate content created by
different authors in Word.
