7. SAS controller setting (3-pin SAS_EN1) [PX4 model only] This jumper allows you to enable or disable the onboard LSI SAS1068 chip. ® P5M2 SAS_EN1 21 32 Enable (Default) Disable P5M2 SAS_EN1 Setting 8. Force BIOS recovery setting (3-pin RECOVERY1) This jumper allows you to quickly update or recover the BIOS settings when it becomes corrupted. To update the BIOS: 1. Turn off the system. 2. Set the jumper from pins [1-2](default) to pins [2-3]. 3. Prepare a floppy disk that contains the latest BIOS for the motherboard (xxxx-xxx.ROM) and the AFUDOS.EXE utility. 4. Insert the floppy disk then turn on the system to update the BIOS. 5. Shut down the system. 6. Set the jumper back to pins [1-2]. 7.
