12. PROGRAM INITIALIZATION 12. PROGRAM INITIALIZATION 3992Q 12-1. Initializing all programs 1. While pressing the RESET key (1), turn on the power switch. * While initializing all programs, all LEDs on the operation panel will illuminate and the buzzer will sound continuously for 8 seconds. 2. Once all programs have been initialized, "- -" will appear in the program number LED (2), and "- - - -" will appear in the parameter display LED (3). Settings which are initialized Parameters Memory switches Production counter and lower thread counter * If any cycle programs have been set, they will also be cleared. 3. Set the feed mechanism to the home position. (Refer to "5-2. Home position detection (preparation)".) 12-2. Initializing a single program 1. Select the number of the program to be initialized, and then turn off the power. 2. While pressing the CUTTER ON key (4), turn on the power switch. * The number of the program that will be initialized will appear in the program number LED (2), and then all other LEDs will illuminate and the buzzer will sound four times. 3. When all parameters of the selected program have been initialized, "- -" will appear in the program number LED (2), and "- - - -" will appear in the parameter display LED (3).
