Press the button until the number that corresponds to the test pattern you wish to print is displayed: Test Pattern Number Current settings pattern 1 All modes pattern 2 Ripple pattern 3 Nozzle pattern 4 Hexadecimal dump 5 Demo pattern 6 Font pattern 7 4. Press the MENU button. t This printer beeps and the test pattern starts to print. Using the Printer When you print the Current settings pattern, the Nozzle pattern, or the Demo pattern, the printer returns to its previous state after printing a page. When you print the All modes pattern, the Ripple pattern, or the Font pattern, the printer continues printing until you cancel printing. To cancel printing You can cancel printing in one of the following two ways: t Press the ON LINE button. t Press the POWER button to turn off the printer.
