Follow these steps: 1. Select the New button to access a dialog box so you can name the document type. 2. Enter the name for your new document type and select OK. If you enter a name that is already in use, you can choose to replace the existing document type with the new one or cancel the operation. You cannot use the names associated with the Color Advisor templates. Once you create a document type, you can select it later when printing similar documents. Selecting and Applying Colors You use the Paint Box to select a color that you want to assign to an area of your document. Follow these steps: 1. With the document you want to color in the viewing area, move your cursor to the Paint Box area. Your cursor changes to the Grab color cursor, which looks like an eye dropper. Creating a New Document Type
