Connection Procedure Notes on HDBaseT • Use a shielded cable rated at CAT5e or better. • Maximum transmission distance is 100 m. • However, maximum transmission distance may be shorter in some environments. • Do not use the LAN cable when it is coiled or bundled. • Inserting or removing the LAN cable during projection may cause noise. • Connectivity with all HDBaseT transmitters on the market is not guaranteed. • Some HDBaseT transmitters may not enable correct projection when used to connect source equipment to the projector. Plugging the Projector In Connect the power cord to the projector and plug it in. Insert the power plug and connector securely up to the base. • After turning off the projector, wait at least 5 minutes before turning it on again. Turning the projector on immediately after turning it off may shorten the lamp life. • Unplug the power cord when the projector is not in use. 52

Plugging the Projector In
Connect the power cord to the projector and plug it in.
