Note A launch icon for the Storage Server will not appear. This Storage Server starts automatically. Upgrade from an Earlier Version When upgrading, use the installer of the new version to install the new version on top of the earlier version without uninstalling the earlier version. This preserves the settings such as the added camera information and recording schedule, and recorded data. Note that if you uninstall the earlier version before installing the new version, you will need to redo all of your camera and recording settings. 39

Installation

The Viewer and RM Manager launch icon appears on your desktop when the installation is complete.

Note

A launch icon for the Storage Server will not appear. This Storage Server starts automatically.

Upgrade from an Earlier Version

When upgrading, use the installer of the new version to install the new version on top of the earlier version without

uninstalling the earlier version. This preserves the settings such as the added camera information and recording schedule,

and recorded data.

Note that if you uninstall the earlier version before installing the new version, you will need to redo all of your camera and

recording settings.

Click [Install].

Click [Finish].

Click [Yes] to restart the computer.
