Creating Web Pages for Video Distribution Distributing Still Images to Mobile Phones You can use a Web service for mobile phones to view still images and control the camera. You can easily create a still image distribution page for mobile phones in HTML using WebView-HTTP protocol image.cgi commands. The VB-C60 stores a sample page for distributing still images to mobile phones, and you can view the sample page as follows. 1. Launch the Web browser and enter the following URI: http://192.168.100.1/m/ * The underlined portion is an example of IP address. In reality, the customer must enter the IP address set for the camera ( P. 1-8). 2. Select the language (Japanese/English/French/Italian/German/Spanish). 3. The sample page will be displayed. Sample pages have been created to allow for camera controls such as adjustment of camera orientation, zoom and brightness. You can perform various operations by pressing the corresponding dial keys on the mobile phone. Note Take note, however, that depending on the type of the mobile phone, image may not be displayed or the camera cannot be controlled. Tip You can control the camera only when no other user has the camera control privileges. 4-13
