Uninstall CA ARCserve Backup Components Using the Command Line 2. Open the Windows command line. Execute the syntax that corresponds with the architecture of the computer's operating system: ■ x86 operating systems: %ProgramFiles%\CA\SharedComponents\ARCserve Backup\Setup\r16\uninstall.exe /p ■ x64 operating systems: %ProgramFiles%(x86)\CA\SharedComponents\ARCserve Backup\Setup\r16\uninstall.exe /p The table listed below defines the product code that you must specify for the CA ARCserve Backup component that you want to uninstall.
