You are responsible for paying shipping expenses. You are also responsible for insuring any product returned, and you assume the risk of loss during shipment to Dell. Collect-on-delivery packages are not accepted. Returns that are missing any of the preceding requirements will be refused at our receiving dock and returned to you. Regulatory Information Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) is any signal or emission, radiated in free space or conducted along power or signal leads, that endangers the functioning of a radio navigation or other safety service or seriously degrades, obstructs, or repeatedly interrupts a licensed radio communications service. Your Dell computer is designed to comply with applicable regulations regarding EMI.
