Remote Control The Remote Control consists of the following menu items. • Console Redirection • Server Power Control A sample screenshot of the Remote Control menu is given below. A detailed description of the menu items are given ahead. Console Redirection This page allows you to launch console redirection and to manage the remote server. To launch it, user must be an Administrator. Click on the "Java Console" button to launch the Java-based remote console, which will cause the jviewer.jnlp file to be downloaded. Once the file is downloaded and launched, a java redirection window will be displayed. A screenshot is shown below. NOTE: A compatible JRE must be installed in the system prior to the launch of JNLP file, and the limit of maximum session is two. 59

Console Redirection
