PriorityFax 3000 Manual Telephone LCD Error Messages One-touch and speed dialing don't work. • Check to be sure the power cord is plugged in. • The one-touch and speed dialing numbers are not registered properly. see Chapter 3. Call reservation does not work. • The receiver may not have a call reservation feature. Check with the receiving party. • The receiving party left the fax machine area. • The call reservation feature is set improperly. See Chapter 2. The telephone does not ring. • The ringer switch is off. Turn the ringer switch to H for high or L for low. When you press SPKR you hear nothing. • Check to be sure the power cord is plugged in. • Check the speaker volume dial on the back control panel. If it is set to the minimum, turn the volume higher. The following error messages on the LCD display may help you diagnose a problem. • You are out of recording paper. Load a new roll according to the instructions in Chapter 1. • The recording paper may not be inserted properly. See Chapter 1.
