PriorityFax 3000 Manual Speed dial faxing You can access up to 30 numbers for dialing frequently-called fax numbers by pressing S. DIAL and two number keys. First you must register the fax numbers. Speed dial may be used for telephone numbers as well as faxnumbers. Registering speed dial fax numbers To register the speed dial fax numbers, follow the steps below: Note You can assign any one-touch or speed dial number to one of five groups, numbered from 1 through 5. Then you can use the groups when you want to use broadcasting or sequential polling, which are described in Chapter 4. Assigning a fax number to a group is shown in Step 8 below. (It is not necessary to assign a one-touch or speed dial number to a group). Make sure no document is in the machine. Press FUNCTION. Press 1 to enter the register mode. Press 4 to choose the speed dial fax number mode. You see the following display: SPEED DIAL #01: 2-22
