Cleaning the Exterior of the Fax Machine Use a dry cloth to gently wipe off any excess alcohol from the newly cleaned interior. Replace the recording paper roll as described in Chapter 1. To clean the exterior of the fax machine, use a dry cloth to gently wipe off any dirt from the surface.
