Recertification It is recommended that you have the spectrophotometer recertified approximately once a year. When sending out the spectrophotometer for recertification, be sure to include the white calibration tile. The tile and spectrophotometer are calibrated to work together as a set; check the number on their labels to make sure they match (see page 5). Use the original box to ship the parts, if possible. Contact Epson as described below for information on the recertification process. Where To Get Help Epson provides technical support and information on the installation, configuration, and operation of professional printing products through the Epson PreferredSM Limited Warranty Plan. Before you call, make sure you have your Unit ID number, which is included with the Epson Preferred Limited Warranty Plan that came with your printer.
