Closed defect summary Solution Sometimes unable to create Storage arrays or HBA servers. Symptom-When the customer does a storage port mapping, the Storage arrays or HBA servers created in the topology or in the mapping dialogs are not displayed. Only the master log entry reads New server/Storage array added. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 Launch script/binaries that appear to not be executed. Symptom-It would appear that scripts/binaries are not being executed. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0. Documentation update- The script/binary must be valid for the server OS. It must run as a background process to complete successfully without opening a GUI or requiring any input. Even when no configuration is present on the rightpane of the PDCM dialog, various buttons remain enabled. Symptom-When the customer selects a configuration node on the left tree of the PDCM dialog without moving any configuration to the right pane, buttons like Activate, New, Save, Save As, Analyze Zone Conflict, and so on, remain enabled. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 In PDCM dialog, the columns Area ID, Port Name and Blocked Ports are not stationary. In PDCM dialog, when user scrolls through the matrix, the columns Area ID, Port Name, and Blocked Ports also move and do not remain stationary, making it difficult for the user to locate the exact coordinates for the ports in the matrix. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 Traffic Isolation Zone properties are not available in the Compare/Merge dialog. Symptom-When user launches Compare/Merge dialog, the Traffic Isolation Zone node appears without its properties. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 Workaround-Traffic Isolation Zone properties appears in Zoning dialog. The slot number, Port Number, and Port Speed columns in the port properties table use string sorting as opposed to the desired numeric sorting. This should be changed. Symptom-Currently the sorting in the Port Speed, Port Number, and Slot column in the port properties table is a string sort. Since these columns display integers numerically, the sorting displayed should be the sorting that should be implemented, as currently searching for particular port details from this table is a tedious task. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 The Type column (specifying the speed, portcount, and so on) is missing from the switch properties table.
