The discovery of fabrics containing McDATA switches shows many are unknown. Symptom-Some McDATA switches are in an unknown state although they are connected to the seed switch. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 User is unable to manager McDATA switches when they are rediscovered or when connected by an EX port, forcing several restarts to the server. Symptom-McDATA switches are not manageable from server. Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0 Workaround-Restart server several times. Call Home is generated when a fan or power supply is inserted in a B-series switch. Symptom-User will get an unnecessary Call Home event when a fan or power supply is inserted in a B-series switch.
